The Indelague Group knows that its employees deserve to rest after a lot of dedication and a year of hard work. That’s why it decided to offer them a sweet surprise before they left for their holidays: freshly filled berlin balls!
The aim of this initiative was to thank employees for their commitment and contribution to the company’s success, as well as to give them a moment to socialise and relax. The berlin balls were handed out on the last day of work, Friday 18 August, at the company headquarters, where the employees were able to enjoy them and share them with their colleagues.
Indelague hopes that this initiative has sweetened the day for its employees and that they will take advantage of their holidays to recharge their batteries and come back with more motivation and enthusiasm.
