Company offers apples and shares recipes to promote health

With World Food Day on 16 October, Indelague is celebrating its commitment to the health and well-being of all its employees by highlighting and raising awareness of the importance of a balanced diet.

The event was marked at the company with the distribution of apples to all employees, due to the symbolism of the food: like the apple, balance and health are values that the company shares. The apple, known as the ‘fruit of health’, is a food that represents simplicity and the importance of healthy eating habits in our daily lives.

Commitment to healthy living habits

In addition to this symbolic gesture, Indelague also took care of distributing an e-book with simple, healthy recipes using this season’s ingredients. It offers new combinations of dishes that combine flavour with nutrition. By promoting healthy eating and a balanced lifestyle, the company believes it is contributing to the quality of life and health of everyone.

This World Food Day is another opportunity to reflect on our habits and adopt small changes that can have a big impact on our physical and mental well-being.
