Father's Day celebrated at Indelague

Celebrating Father’s Day is essential to raise the spirits and motivation of employees in an organization. Thus, marking the date is important not only to value employees, but also to improve levels of happiness and the relationship between all. In other words, Father’s Day is the perfect time to generate interaction among the team and also to encourage the sharing of stories and personal experiences in a relaxed and fun way.

This time, INDELAGUE decided to celebrate the event in a different way, in order to mark this memorable date with some creative and fun ideas, so to not let Father’s Day go unnoticed. With several personalized phrases for each one, the company decided to express its appreciation for its male employees.

We believe that celebrating this day in a special way can directly reflect on the employee’s life. For example, he is happier and more motivated, as he feels valued and welcomed within the company”, says Miguel Silva, CEO of INDELAGUE Group.

The action took place on March 20th, at Indelague – Indústria Elétrica, S.A. premises, located in the parish of Trofa, Águeda.

Through this initiative, it was intended to stimulate the importance of the father figure, which can also improve interpersonal relationships. For example, this can encourage everyone to feel more confident in carrying out the family responsibilities of being a parent.

“This is one of the most important endomarketing actions of the year. After all, this date humanizes the relationship between company and employee and promotes the feeling of belonging and union within the company”, says Marketing Manager Elsa Gala.
