Even though Easter is celebrated on a Sunday, Indelague celebrated it with its employees on 6 April, the day before the holiday, Good Friday.
This is the first time the company has marked the event by offering its employees chocolate eggs as gifts, which were distributed in an original way by an Easter Bunny.
It also decorated the premises to get everyone into the Easter mood and spirit.”It was surprising and fun to arrive at work and see a beautiful Easter decoration. There were rabbits’ footprints scattered around the workstations, eggs hanging outside the premises and phrases of hope and renewal alluding to the festive season,” says Rosário Vaz, the company’s receptionist.
This is yet another endomarketing initiative to involve employees, improve the corporate climate and cultivate the organisational culture.
The idea of the commemorative party is to increase integration between all employees so that they feel more at home in the place where they work and spend so many hours of their day.
“Every happy employee who wears the company shirt is the result of a lot of effort and, above all, planning with people’s well-being in mind,” says Miguel Silva, CEO of the Indelague Group.

In addition to the traditional Easter cake, employees were offered Easter eggs and other seasonal delicacies.
