To honour women on International Women’s Day INDELAGUE – ROXO LIGHTING gave all its employees a small souvenir to remind them that they are a symbol of strength and determination and deserve all their respect.
With the message “Those who plant love, reap happiness. Happy Women’s Day!” the company decided to show its appreciation for all its female employees.
The INDELAGUE Group worked hard to prepare for this event, in order to remind each female employee of the important role she plays in the structure of the organisation.
The event took place on 8 March at the premises of Indelague – Indústria Elétrica, S.A., located in the parish of Trofa, Águeda.
The aim of this initiative was to emphasise the importance of the role and contribution of women in society and, at the same time, to promote a spirit of belonging and family among its employees.
