Lighting without limits

Creating lighting solutions of perfect quality and aesthetics is our passion. For more than 40 years, we have been working continuously in the light of tomorrow, guided by a unique design approach. We are always striving to improve the quality of human life through light and provide the right light for every activity at any time of day or night. The ongoing development of the product portfolio is driven not only by the latest advances in research and technology but above all by the long-standing collaboration with leading international architects, lighting designers and international artists that lead projects and business. Our light concept is adapted to the individual needs of our customers and of the people who use our products.

Manufacturing of low voltage electrical equipment.

Development of the first lighting products IRN and IAI.

Development of IAP lighting products and start of the production of cable tray systems.

Expansion of the manufacturing capacity with the construction of a new 900 m2 pavilion and beginning of production of aluminium reflectors for LAE and LAS models.

Development and production of continuous line system HPF model, for large industrial and commercial surfaces, with DALI technology. Development and manufacture of the LNE model luminaire for offices.

Purchase of the 1st large punching machine and of the CNC bending machine, with a total investment of € 1,000,000.

Rebranding of the Indelague brand and acquisition of 60.000m2 of land to build a new factory. Purchase the 2nd CNC bending machine.

Development and production of continuous line system model (direct/indirect light) in aluminium profile for offices, ANS model.

Construction of the new Headquarters. An investment of 10 million euros made it possible to build a new factory with 17000 m2. A new photometric laboratory, various CNC machines and a new painting line system.

Beginning of production of luminaires for hospital and clean rooms with IP65, AVT, THE and CHE models.

The ROXO LIGHTING brand is created. Start of the production of architectural lighting products, including a new range of downlights.

Development and start of production of the REBA 65 aluminum profile range, the TTP 70 range with a high protection index and the ZLP range of high mechanical resistance and vandal-proof.

Investment with the purchase of a CNC machine for cutting and perforating.

The 6th ELEMENT won the prestigious German Design Award - Special Mention 2017.

The jury of the German Design Award awarded Indelague Group's luminaire NOAH with the German Design Award - WINNER 2018.

In 2019 we decided to give our manufacturing unit a more ecological and socially sustainable profile by installing 600 solar photovoltaic panels panels with a maximum power of 295W and with the capacity to produce 235000 kWh of electrical energy per year from the sun light, allowing the reduction of environmental impact and avoiding the emission of 120 tons of CO2 per year.

Environment
Indelague Group installs a self-consumption photovoltaic production unit.

In 2019 we decided to give our factory a broader and socially sustainable profile by installing 600 photovoltaic solar panels with a maximum power of 295W with the capacity to produce 235,000 kWh of electricity per year from the sun. The R&D (Research & Development) department occupies a key position among the activities of Indelague Group. The close relationship with our clients is fundamental to monitor and follow up the market trends and developments, which motivates even more our R&D team to search for new materials, solutions and run tests even more strict and accurate, allowing the Indelague Group to guarantee a high technological level and unique quality standards. Our R&D team is focused on the research and development of innovative LED products, through testing (thermal, photometric and functional) on our own laboratory and through partnerships with independent labs.

From optical and electronic components, to design and photometric, leading to products that incorporate advanced technology with sustainable materials and timeless design. We constantly developed highly advanced production processes in order to reach lower energy consumption, higher product lifetime, optimized operating temperatures, new light effects and excellent performances.

We have a very important role in the implementation of new technologies within the sector,

by projecting and producing our own LED boards, developing innovative products and allowing architects, light designers and end-users to explore all the possibilities of our lighting solutions. Indelague Group, through several tests made, advanced knowledge on product development and permanent optimal use of materials, supplies lighting that stands out on optic performance, durability and energy saving.

Quality

Quality is a constant and permanent concern at Indelague, based on a policy of continuous improvement and total satisfaction of all Clients, providing them with innovative products allied to the highest quality standards, at competitive prices in a short period of time. In 1992, the Quality Department was created, responsible for Indelague's certification. APCER (Portuguese Certification Association) proves and certifies the Quality Management system implemented at Indelague through the norm NP EN ISO 9001:2015, providing greater quality assurance and rigor to clients, architects, installers/contractors and end users. We also have an IQNet certificate (The International Certification Network) which, as an APCER partner, recognizes and promotes the certificates issued in order to respond to global clientss, providing Certification Services on a worldwide basis.

As Indelague is an experienced and demanding company in complying with European standards, in the lighting, electronics and environment sectors, it has the main products certified by AENOR (Association for Certification) with the Certified Product brand and ENEC marking that certifies compliance with the European standards, being recognized throughout Europe as well as in other member countries. All Indelague products are designed and manufactured in accordance with these European standards, namely the EN 60598-1 standard, and all other product-specific standards.

Our products also meet the Low Voltage Directive (2014/35/EU) as well as the safety requirements expressed in the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (2014/30/EU), and their compliance is attested through several tests carried out.
