International Women’s Day is a special occasion to acknowledge the fundamental role of women in society and, in particular, within our organisation. At Indelague, we value the dedication, expertise and professionalism of our female employees, whose contribution is essential to our collective success.
To mark the occasion, the company offered a gerbera to each female employee. Known for its distinctive beauty and vibrant colours, this flower symbolises strength, confidence and positivity - qualities that reflect the presence and impact of the women within our team.
The gesture took place on 6 March at the company’s facilities, anticipating the official date of 8 March, which falls on a Sunday this year. A simple yet meaningful tribute to every woman who is part of our story.
