Indelague – Indústria Eléctrica de Águeda S.A. is one of the few companies in Portugal to have been awarded the Equal Pay Seal 2023, which aims to reward companies that promote equal pay for women and men for equal work or work of equal value.
This seal is awarded by the Commission for Equality in Labour and Employment – CITE, which is a public body whose mission is to guarantee the promotion of and respect for the principle of equality and non-discrimination between women and men in labour, employment and vocational training.
This recognition is not just an honorary title; it is tangible proof of INDELAGUE’s commitment to promoting equal pay for women and men. The seal certifies that the company effectively practises equal pay for equal work or work of equal value.
